How would you feel about having that recording included on archive.org's Live Music Archive? I know that you're at least some-what familiar with archive.org, so I guess I don't really need to go into detail about how everything's non-commercial, for trade / share only, etc.

I know I already had permission to share the recording, but the LMA requires explicitly stated permission before accepting any recording uploads. There's a bit more information in their FAQ, if you want to take a look through that.
